3 D CGI Speech Animation Test Footage

Here's a bit of test footage for a Battlestar Galactica (tos) CG fan film I'm making for Dan over at BattlestarFanFilms.com.

This is part of a conversation between two smugglers who are about to sell something very valuable to a couple of guys with a colonial shuttle.

I did this about a year and a half ago.

It was so long ago and I had only been using Carrara for a couple of days when I did this that I really couldn't say. I have no idea. Couldn't have been more than a few hours.

I do remember this though - for about a week after I did the voice of Grolaric (the green guy) my throat tasted like blood. I have no future as a 'Death Metal' singer.

I'm always in need of voice actors!

If you or anybody else is interested in doing some voice acting just PM me.
I'm going to be needing a handfull real soon for a BSG/Trek crossover.

The more accents the better.

Perhaps it's because I live in a country who's population belong to the world - not just one country - but I think it's very, very important to have lots of different accents in a 'film' - even an animated one.

Hell yes, I'd like to add an Irish one to cast.

I think you may have just become one of Viper pilots.

Daz Millennium People.

They are all actually the same M3SR2 figure with facial morphs and hair pieces.
I have Poser 7 but I hardly ever use it. I can't remember why I bought it. I think I was in a pinch and I needed an animal that came with it.

This was rendered in Daz 3d's Carrara Pro 6.
The avi version is much cleaner than the YouTube version.
I did have a high resolution version uploaded but it seems to have disappeard.
