yeah, interesting. Though at first I was having a bit of trouble with it, I've noticed I usually don't notice typos either when its transposed letters

this is really interesting.
i reckon this only works on experienced readers. to our eye the shape, length and first letter of a word determine wether we can identify it or not.

Maybe that's why l33+$p3@k is so difficult for the newbie...

I'm not a newbie, but I don't know what l33+$p3@k is.
Anyway, it is pretty impressive. Though, no offence Thomas P, but "imaizng" should be amazing, which to Sess' comments you should have the "a" at the start and the "g" where it is at the moment. Sorry, had to...

4 = a
5 = s
7 = T
8 = B
0 = o

leet-speak is a terrible way to write. i can only imagine 14-y-o sons of father's with an AOL-account to write like that.
those and skaters...

I've been using the Net for years, and I still can't figure out half of what those l33t-idiots are saying.
Of course, it's probably not worth my time, so I'm not worried about missing it. :D
That was pretty neat, Liza - I found myself noticing the errors, but speeding through the sentences anyway. Cool!

Don't worry, they understand j00.
I speak it... or read it, perhaps, but only so I can insult them in their own 'language'. Yes, the |\/|4[) h4><0r5 don't like that one :D. Bloody hell that took ages to type...

BTW: This thing will be featured in the next issue of BADLANDS, MFI's official newsletter.
I'll let everyone know when it goes live, and where to grab a copy (it'll be in .pdf format).
If you want a look at the current issue, you'll find it at http://www.maquis.com/badlands/badlands_0703.pdf
