OLD MAN - Perry Rhodan Universe
 

Haven't been here for quite a while, had been busy on my homepage and much work to do.

And after being asked over and over again for doing it, i decided to give it a try. So here it is:

It's an early start of this Monster. You wanna know some things about it? Height: 100 km (this half-sphere) and those twelve moduls are 50x50x10 km and possible of self-operating.

WTH is it? no offence

A very hughe space ship. It's belonging to the SF-Novel-Series "Perry Rhodan", which is mostly known in Middel-Europe, but they are also publishing it in USA.

The ship itself was build by some terranian soldiers, which stranded in past (i think about 50.000 years back in time) and had no chance to get back. To support their fleet in a battle against a fiend which was fighting the terranians in the normal time line, they build this ship together with the lemurians, some kind of ancestors of human kind long time ago.

They send the ship on a long journey from Andromeda to our Galaxy, so it would arrive exact at time it was needed. But they got some delay, so the ship arrived to late (while the fight already was won), but that's another story.

perry is actually _the_ german scifi-character, mike. they even made his name appear english so he would be more popular. ;)

to understand that you must know that at the time perry was created scifi generally came from either america or eastern europe (Asimov, Lem, etc.)

And to please the german readers about this fact, they decided afterwards, that Perry Rhodan Father or Grandfather had been emigrating from Germany... Crazy, uh?

are these giant cannons official?
ik know that old man has large doors where guns are behind but i never thought they were -tah large. they gotta be 10 km or more o_O

but i like it :)

They are a bit overdimensioned, but i'll have to change them anyway, they are using to many polys.
