No one has said anything! For shame! How can an artist grow and develop skill without constructive feedback?
I see you have potential. The porportions and the foreshorting are spot-on. The face looks flat.
I've noticed some good books in Walden's on how to draw Manga, and how to draw comics that are worth getting. They will help you improve. I used my father's old "Famous Artists Cartoon Course" three set volume (from the 50's and 60's) when I was in high-school and I got more out of it than I did my high-school art teacher.
Even today I consider myself to be pretty damn good, but I know there is room for improvement and I seek it.

Thanks man :) Actually I have 6 of the How to draw Manga books ;) Once my set of rapidiograph pens are cleaned out again I will be inking this pic and coloring it. Once I do the colors and shadows it shouldnt look so flat anymore :)
