seeking Trek uniform patterns/specs

I'm loking for information on Star Trek uniforms and props to make a wearable costume. If I can find a usable pattern, I might also try to scale if to fit 4", 8" or 11.5" action figures. Any information from any of the Star trek series would be appreciated.
