Not my most favourite picture to do of late, but since I was getting paid for it, what the hey... presumably it's going to be used as a convention poster or print by the guy who commissioned the colours.

one of may all time fav Marvel character is Thor (my name here is Taranis. which is the celtic god of thunder.) .. (apart from the silver surfer and Nova)..
I like it .. but like new Thor look presently seen in Marvel

Yeah, definitely a newer look for Thor. Like so many of the newer Marvel uniforms, it's kinda FUGLY. Apart from that, it's a great action shot. Of course, you did excellent on the color as usual. I like the different shades of green (and even a little yellow) you used in Hulk to give him depth. And the lightning in the background is a great touch. :)

This is a great picture. If I have only one criticism it's this. Thor is a Nordic god, He had a CLUB not an AXE. This is the legend from Nordic mythology which is said that Thor used his CLUB to create thunder by striking the earth in anger. The art work is excellent it's just a shame that the weapon depicted is not accurate. Great colouring though.

As for the character. He is one of my favourites also.

Great work Sean, as always. I always thought he swung a hammer - I learned that in comics :)
