You know, I bought the original Mad Max on DVD, and I have to say that the first 80 minutes or so are pretty shaky - but the last 15 minutes are worth buying the disc, when Mel goes into vengeance mode.
I don't think I've actually ever seen The Road Warrior - that's next on my DVD buying list.
