I like it in general, but I do have a few points to raise. First, and this may change with textures and additional detal, but it looks more like a fighter than a cruiser. Second the main hull seems a little too boxy, cutting it up or adding some larger bits of superstructure to break up the shape might be helpful. Still, a very nice start.
