Default Star Trek : Trinity - Paid Modelling Project

Hi all,

I wasn't sure where to put this, but this seemed to be the logical place, if it's not, could someone move it to where it should go? Thanks

Hi all,

First and foremost, this is a simple Mesh Request.

Please refer to these threads that I have posted.

USS Reverance

Aeroshuttle

These are part of a larger project that I am working on, and well, in all fairness, I don't believe that my modelling skills will do the project justice, plus, I'm a very slow modeller, and I'm beginning to fall behind schedule on my devlopment.

I don't want to give too many details out about the project on an open forum at the moment, but if anyone is seriously interested in the job, details will be made available in private, under the proviso that I have your word that none of these details will be leaked.

So, I'm sourcing these two meshes out to be completed/rebuilt.

The job is a paid job, and the models will be made available for reference/completion.

I do have a few 'directives' for the meshes.

For both, the era is Post Nemesis.

USS Reverance
  • As this is still pretty early on in development, I'm not totall married to the design, but I would like the same configuration (ie, no adjoining 'neck' between saucer and Secondary Hull)
  • I would prefer an original Nacelle design.
  • The ship has to look 'sleek'
  • The size of the ship is somewhere along the lines of the Nova Class
  • The Ship is design to be an explorer, but with an underlying combat ability
  • Must be space for the Aeroshuttle on the underside.

Apart from that, I'm pretty easy going on the design.

Aeroshuttle
  • This I am more set on the design and layout, especially the nacelles and Impulse engine location.
  • Size-wise, it is approx. the same length as a Danube class Runabout.
  • Underside needs to 'blend' with the underside of the USS Reverance (see USS Voyager)

A couple more 'conditions' I suppose they would be called.
  • Full model credit will be given regardless of whether it is a rebuild or a completion. (As if you built the whole thing)
  • I will happily give up any rights of ownership, under the proviso that I am able to use it for the project.
  • I have no problem with the models being used for your own projects, or for WIP's to be posted wherever you like.
  • While not required, if the models are very similar to the WIP's already posted, I would consider it a courtesy if an 'Original design credit' appeared on images etc. (Again, NOT required)

Also, the model must be in Lightwave. Or converted to Lightwave.

I'll be posting this over at scifi-meshes.com also, just to give you the heads up.

Unfortunately, I do have an 'upper limit' on what I am able to pay, but I will consider any 'quote'

If you are interested, PM me with how much you think a fair price would be, and at least 2 examples of work (Star Trek or otherwise.)

To be clear, apart from the upper limit, the cost is not really an issue, the quality of the work is more important to me.

I look forward to hearing from you.
