It needs a more greebled fusion core, one that's about twice the diameter. Also, make it a triple rod core. Imagine the lighting that could be done with all three flashing so slightly out of sequence that only after about 50 flashes do they come into synch wiht one another. Sort of like watching ten cars on the highway trying to signal for a left turn. They're all not quite in synch, and it's almost hypnotic watching them eventually get in synch. Pigmobile lights do the same thing -- at least the old gumball machines did.
