If people are wondering who this wolalina character is that's popping up on DA and why she always looks different, then she's a time travelling detective from the 21st century and so she dresses in whatever period/era and location that she finds herself.
In this one she's found herself in the US war of independence but as she's from the 21st century she's also passing herself off as a kind of super-hero (due to her greater technology) and so she's ripped ideas off zorro and captain america - which explains the mask and shield... go figure...
eventually going to be a pinup used in a 100 page graphic novel apparently.
