Dragging up and old and abandoned project in "On The Horizon" forum which are WIP threads is frowned on, and is very annoying if the Thread is over a year old since the original poster added to their own work .

So EG180 is quite right.

from my point of view, only in "Beyond Reality" (finished art) and "Discussion and Support" (ie Help Zone and General Discussions) areas can you open a old thread if its relevant to a particular need or request for the poster.
