Default Looking for education in lighting

Well, as I finish my interior models, I realize that I still no nothing about lighting. I see some other interior work (SeanR, Resistance, Etc) and realize that I need to get up to par. I need to know what I'm doing guys (and gals!), so if anyone knows of a good book/website/tutorial/etc that could start me on my way, that would be great. Even a few pointers would be nice. Thanks in advance!
