ARGH!! Need help to find TV Software

okies
(I can't believe this crap) ... got a Geforce 4 .it's got TV in/out
so far so good.
the TV out, works perfectly
the TV in.. works I think. I think? why? because they supply no software! only the drivers!
Dscaler won't see a tuner this way... been scouring the net for something (anything) that will let me watch TV on the PC....

(other than this I love my Geforce 4800)

whoa! don't worry.. seems 4.1.6. of Dscaler does support Geforces

sees my Geforce (cept SVHS input is black and white.. hmmm)
sees my Pinnacle Rave (redundant now)
sees my Logitech Webcam(!?!)

and sees my Voodoo 3 200

...

I don't have a Voodoo 3 200.
