Looks pretty good. I like the lighting and effects. Could use a little less compression, but I realize you were making it fit on the forum. Where did you get that model from and did you get the textures that go with it?

Yeah, that's one place to get Eric Peterson's D7. That's why I asked because they have the textures over there, I'm not sure about other sites.

Answering questions, I think I downloaded the D7 mesh from Wolf 359 years ago and stored it on a cd. The textures did come with it, but couldn't get the textures to fit right in Bryce, and after about an hour of struggling with it, i just went with it as is. I'll try to get it to fit right later on. :cylon:

Ok, after more struggling on trying to get the texture to fit, it's finally coming together. I might be able to post a revised pic sometime tomorrow.

[Darth Vader Voice] Impressive. Most impressive. [/Darth Vader Voice]

It looks a lot better with the textures. I got the .3ds version from www.trekmeshes.ch and the textures always snapped into place when I loaded it into trueSpace.

I grabbed the PRJ version from Trekmeshes this morning and to my suprise, the textures all popped into place in Bryce, unlike the others. Hehe, who knew.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I meant PRJ but said 3DS. That's the good one.
