Default Text Question For Photoshop

I want to do some text with one colour on the outside and another colour at the center of the letter. I am using Photoshop Elements. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of, without actually opening the programme and playing with it, is to play with the stroke controls. Don't ask me where it is because I never use it in PS, but I know it's in one of the menus.
