Cool! I already own them on DVD, but if you don't, here's your chance to see it.

TAS rules. It's like TOS Season 4 to me. I have them on DVD also, but it's great that people who don't can watch them online now.

Re: Watch full episodes of Star Trek: The Animated Series
I'd so love to see M'Ress or another (preferably female) member of the Caitian species depicted in live-action, or CGI integrated with live-action (if done properly).

A mediocre attempt using a series of purchased products from Daz and RunTimeDNA...

Re: Watch full episodes of Star Trek: The Animated Series
M'Ress is cool. I also like Arex, the 3-armed, 3-legged navigator. They were able to do more non-human and even non-humanoid characters on TAS because they didn't have to do the makeup and puppetry required for a live-action series.

There's some cool models to be made from the series.

Re: Watch full episodes of Star Trek: The Animated Series
The one in the image posted above? the episode's titled "Beyond the Farthest Star" and it debuted the series in September 1973 in the east coast markets. In the Los Angeles region, "Yesteryear" was aired first because it did not depict any images of Sulu or any lines performed by George Takei. As the story goes, George was running for public office and his opponent could have demanded additional campaign "air-time". A bit silly since Takei was not appearing as a politician but a fictional character.
Sincerely,
Bill
