Nice starts. Funny, I hear U.S.S. Hedora and I think of Godzilla VS. Hedora (aka The Smog Monster.)

The Vor'Cha isn't bad, though they tried to make it look a bit too much like a streamlined D7, IMO. The Negh'Var is just plain fugly.

Glad you noticed that. I just spent the last week watching all my Godzilla movies. I plan on naming the ship after Godzilla Villians. Godzilla vs Hedora has always been my favorite Godzilla movie.
I wish they would put out an update the compendium.

I've been watching Godzilla movies lately also. I don't have them all yet (at least, not on DVD) but I recently picked up some more to add to my collection. I'm concentrating on the newer ones first (got most of them) and then I'm gonna go and get the ones from the '60s and '70s.

Me too. The funny thing is, by the time I bought the Compendium, I owned most of the movies it says haven't been released in the U.S. on VHS.

When I got it most of those movies hadn't come out yet. They started to pop up on the sci-fi channel late at night. On;y movie I haven't seen is Godzilla vs Biolante.

UPDATE...
More lifeboats and grid lines. I took some of the sensor things near the bridge and placed then on the hull. I had to rebuild the nose of the ship ther was a little bit of an over bite but I fixed it.

Some minor work on the Nav deflector.

I fiddled abit with the Klingon ship. I thought the bridge area should look like a crown.

Nice. I like the work on the deflector and other stuff. The Klingon bridge looks pretty cool so far also.

It's a good one. Godzilla fighting a giant mutated plant. Plus that was the first movie to feature the G-suit he wore in his next 5 movies (with small modifications made for Godzilla VS. Destroyah.) That's my favorite of all the G-suits.

I missed Biolante . . .didn't Godzilla cells merge with biolante in space to make spacegodzilla?? I liked the G2000 suit the best, but the Godzilla v Biolante suit was really cool.

The work on the bridge is really good.

Godzilla cells were used to make Biolante. When it died, it kinda evaporated into space. The G cells, which were part of its makeup, were taken into space that way. G cells were also attached to Mothra from its battle with Godzilla when it died a couple movies later (though that always happens in Mothra movies) and it also evaporated (also happens a lot) and carried some G cells into space also. One of those 2 occurrences probably resulted in the birth of Spacegodzilla.

Yeah the suit in G2000 was cool. Plus that was the first and only movie I've gotten to see at a theater.
All this Godzilla talk is making me want to try to make one now. damn.
I've gotten some work done on the ship but nothing to show yet.

This is usually the process that slows me down the most. I did panels for th e front of the ship first I just haven't gotten around to cleaning them up and extruding them yet.

Yeah, paneling takes it out of you. The only time I don't mind it is when I do "regular" saucers and engine hulls because I cut the circular lines into my spline so the paneling is half done when I lathe. With a hull like yours, you just can't do that.

That's sweet. I don't think I've ever seen anyone model a Bajoran ship before.

Springfield is a couple of hours away from me.

UPDATE...
I thought I'd play a bit with the klingon ship. I just added a few things. I really like the KLingon ships from Enterprise so I might throw in a few details based on those ships.

Great work. The Bajoran ship is coming along nicely and I like the start of the details on the Klingon ship. I'm also a fan of Ent-era Klingon ships (some of the best of all the Klingon ships, IMO) so I look forward to seeing this progress.

Also, I forgot until I just looked that there is a Bajoran Interceptor and a Bajoran Sail Ship over at STMC, probably the low poly versions to which you were referring. Still, you don't see a lot of Bajoran meshes or WIPs out there.

Nice work on the klingon ship.

I'm in Lake County IL about an hour north of Chicago. That springfield Trip was a bit of a drive. But sure was fun.

Nice. I like the pattern on the front, it looks kinda intricate. Plus, it follows the flow of the bow nicely.
