Sorry guys. I haven't had any time to work on it lately. Between work and my girlfriend I haven't had any time. Maybe sometime this week I can work on it some.

Very cool. It reminds me of a ship made...damn...years ago (I'm soo old now) but Rutger Warrink. The Belfast I think it was named. Anyway it lookes just like that shazbot. His was just a sketch though but damn that guy could create.

I know I'm probably practicing futility here, but how about a Lightwave conversion?
Oh, wait a minute... Inspire IS Lightwave.
In that case, any chance of you releasing the original?

I haven't abandoned the project.
I have been working more hours lately and mother is in the hospital. So what little free time I have is spent taking care of things and visiting the her.
However, I have plans to completely re-do my web site and I was saving the release of the Churchill for the grand opening.
These plans are on hold for now.
I may release a beta version for 3d gladiators so that you guys can make suggestions or point out problems.
I keep you informed.

Firstly and more importantly, hope your mom gets well soon.....

Secondly,For those interested in a LWO conversion of this beastie. I've done one. Just some minor texture stuff to fix on it and then I'll mail it off to Brian for his perusal

It's coming along well. However I didn't make the specular maps to be applied at full strength. I think I set them to 30%.

Anarion,
Yup, I know. It was more a test to make sure everything came over ok. I've now reduced said texture strength
