The Dark Knight Rises
Well, since I'm no Harry Potter fan (I saw 5 minutes of one of the movies, it did nothing for me) and I don't go to the movies anyway, I missed the first teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. But that's what the internet is for.

Personally, I'm enthusiastic and a little sad about this film. Christopher Nolan's Batman films have been the best ever made, IMO, it sucks that this will be his last one. However, I hope he goes out with a bang.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
This is gonna be awesome. I'm going to be sorry to see it go, but theres only so much movie you can make before you start to see diminishing returns in quality. I hope he leaves it open enough so that another talented director can make another amazing trilogy a few years down the road.
But at least he's working with Zach Snyder on the new superman, so thats gonna rock. And if he turns that into a new trilogy, its going to more than rock!

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
The rumor is that WB wants to reboot after this one. I hate this trend lately with comic movies; they make 3-4 of them and then reboot. Marvel started it and I hate them for it. They need to do what you suggest, leave it open and then let another director take the helm in a few years. Batman can continue. They have so many more villains to go through in this series.
I agree about the Superman movie, I think it's going to be good.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises
I'm all curious to see why Jim Gordon is in a hospital bed. Hopefully, that's actually something from the movie and not just something they did for the trailer (I hate it when they do that.)
