HAPPY Having Problem With Eyes

Ok, I've created a 3d charater in 3ds max 5.0 and the eyes look great as long as he's looking forward, the minute you turn his head to the left or right his eyes bug out like a cartoon charater. Now I've setup dummy's and link the eyes to the head, but it still happens. If you know where I can get a Tutorial on how to stop this or have any other Ideas Please HELP....I'm pulling my hair out. Heres the examples, eyes1 is him looking forward...eyes2 is him looking to the left. If you can help I would greatly Appericate it!
