Default IE won't open a new window when clicking a link

Maybe some of you know this problem, you open a website in IE, click a link that should open a in a new window and nothing happens.
Or the window opens and it is empty...

I've had this problem and found help on a site i found on google.
if anyone of you has the same or a similar prob: contact me, i can help you out!

That's why I upgraded to Opera.

I had this same problem a while back with IE, so I just re-installed it... Worked fine.
