Civilian craft

Has anyone given thought recently to non-Starfleet craft? Perhaps craft like personal yatchs and cruise liner types of ships?
I would be interested to see what types of interpretation Masao would have on the subject.
It would help to fill out the web site of we had a nice array of ships crossing the military and civilian spectrum.


I am working on something like that now, but not as part of the Star Trek universe. Perhaps I can throw some warp nacelles on her and see how she looks. I will post later.

I haven't designed any civilian craft other than those big transports. But I suppose there should be dozens of civilians ship designs ranging from luxury runabouts to cruise liners to bulk transports. I did draw a schematic for Cyrano Jones's shuttle from the animated "More Tribbles, More Troubles." For some reason, I've never been that interested in civilian designs in Trek or in the real world. I've always preferred military aircraft to civilian aircraft, and tanks to cars.

I'll email Cyrano's ship to you.
