Hes been designing ships for Trek for ages...normally he would release them at Taldren (the forum for the game we play) and usually a modeller would pick it up and use it...but we have a shortage of modellers, so starforce2 and I kinda decided on our own that its time to look elsewhere for some modellers and hope that they would be willing to make a low-poly version for the game.
Only recently did he make a gallery, but it seems not to be working that well.
