Oh, quit being lazy and upload some images over here.
Seriously, please don't link to a thread on another forum to show your work, that's asinine. (no offense)

Ah, gotcha. In that case, nevermind. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
(now I feel like a complete ass)
The shuttle looks great so far.

Re: Refit TOS Shuttle Craft
I built the type-F about 4 years ago and it's not easy to get that main hull to look right. In fact, I've been dreading ever doing it again. Unfortunately, I lost the old one in a HD crash.
So, I understand what you're saying about that body taking a while and you look like you've done a perfect job with it.

Well, I was done but that's beside the point. I lost the thing because I didn't back up in those days. And the HD completely died, so there was little hope of salvaging it. It probably wasn't that good a model but I was pretty proud of myself.

That's a good question. You've gotta wonder that about all ST shuttles, especially the little pods on Enterprise (like when Trip and Malcolm spent days in one of those pods.) I'd guess they've got something like what astronauts use but I don't know where it's located.

Re: Refit TOS Shuttle Craft
That's pretty sweet so far, Ger. With that odd shape, are you going to work out some kind of landing pad that extends downward from the nacelles? Otherwise, I don't think the ship will land in a very level manner.

Re: Refit TOS Shuttle Craft
Hmmm... somehow, I missed that previous update. I like the Star Trek 5-ish shuttle shape you've got going there.
The interior looks great so far also.

Re: Refit TOS Shuttle Craft
its a different approach from RAF-MX, and I wanted a more curved approach after looking at MKFs Enterprise .. the cockpit control area is next once I have that thinks should fall into place for the remainder

Re: Refit TOS Shuttle Craft
I've got one word for ya...
HOLY FREAKIN' COW THATS COOL!
(yah, I live in the south and thus I cannot count! Thttttpt )
Dude that is really cool looking.
I like the cut away shots with the crew - it really gives a great level of perspective to the ship as a whole.
I can't wait to see this mesh in some images.
Which leads me to the next and possibly the obvious question...
Are you planning on releasing it?
