Space 1999: Eagle down
The first episode of Space 1999 has many, many Eagles ending up broken and here's one of them.

It's the removing your teeth and jaw bone from the back of the helmet that's really got to hurt. I must add a credit for James Murphy and his freight pod.

Re: Space 1999: Eagle down
I'm really liking that. Though, it seems like the landing leg pod should at least be crumpling from the impact.
Of the episodes of this series that I've seen, the pilot is my favorite.

Re: Space 1999: Eagle down
I´ve seen all episodes of this fantastic show in the late 70´s. I really liked it.
My fav character was Prof. Victor Bergman (unfortunately he was only seen in the first of two seasons).
But the chief-pilot Alan Carter and the Commander were also cool characters IMO.
You´ve created a really cool scene with this eagle. It reminds me on the first episode, where Commander John Koenig himself crashed the first eagle at the dark side of the moon.

Very cool looking image. I wanted to wait on commenting until I got a chance to view it on a computer not my phon. Looks great on my phone. Holds up well in the monitor too. Could get nitpicky, but why it looks great. Very true to the show. Light and dust looks great. Like the bloom.
Great.

A new image with a few amendments including James Murphys credit.

Re: Space 1999: Eagle down
I like that you added some debris. That adds to the realism.
