G4 station
This one is from a while ago. I started the larger of the set and then stopped because I got texture block. I decided to go to a smaller station, the G4, to help work it out. I also need stuff for scenes.
Yes...Yes.. A Masao design
So far:

Very cool, but the textures make it look sort of movie era-ish, which isn't a bad thing by any means.

Evidently you do
Are there any docking ports for which large capital ships can use, or is access via shuttle?

The station is not large enough to accommodate large ships, shuttles and transporters only. It is larger than a K type station.

Looks cool, Thomas! Feel free to add some docking arms and gantry ways for ship docking. As you point out, it's too small for space dock-type doors, though.

I've been thinking about docking arms, will have to consider it more. I think the orginal design is good though and would not need them (shuttles and transporters).
All done except for the one interior bay I have made. I actually have two versions of the main section that has all the bays for 'busy' pics.
Anyway, a quick version here of the finished product. I need to make a scene now .

Ya, that's pretty cool. This station is in service at least from the the early 23rd c, so almost any of the postwar ships could be used in a scene.

Are those doors below the G4 label on the finished pic? I am talking about the things that surround the central body.
