two things:

the three tips of the mountainrange to the right look extremly fake because they are made of too few faces and are topped off by a single vertex each.

the ship doesn't interact with the enviroment. if an object of that size flies over water it has to do so at a vey high speed or it will drop down like a stone. it will press air and water away, ploughing though the water.

other than that it is really nice, so if you can/want to change it a bit it will be very good

It's using artificial gravity so it can go over the water any speed it wants to, Chris.

My only concern is that the ship needs a bit more fill light, it seems too dark, the shadowed parts should be lit by light reflecting off the landscape. That not withstanding it's quite a nice image

And starships use warp fields and thrusters to "fly"

It's the reflection. It's completely wrong. Get a plate and a mirror, hold the plate over the mirror in roughly the same angle and you'll see how it's wrong. When you reflect something you flip it upside down like this: < but you've done it like this: //. See what I mean?
