Nice start, but I need to see more before I can really give an opinion.

Default here is an update

http://www.geocities.com/achiebelamide/bike2.htm

It is hard to get the parts scaled correctly...since i am using a cheap $0.99 toy but it's ok coz' it's fun to use toy models

Thomas P...yup...cruisers and choppers are cool to watch when they r being built from scratch! Unfortunately the only cruiser I can afford is the one I have $0.99!

The back tire looks too wide and flat. Should be more rounded unless this is a drag racing bike.

Yup the tire was quite a bit wide and flat...I narrowed it now and inflated a little bit-let me know if this looks any better

I think that's just the camera view - the whole thing seems a bit "flattened" because of that.

It's really coming together now - I'm particularly impressed with the texture you used on the seat. It works perfectly.

thanx General Phoenix
I am not even close to being good at textures and have not looked for textures yet so I just used a little bit of bump noise on the seat.
I am also having a hard time getting the tube shapes...but overall it has been to play with this one so far.

Really nice work. My only comment at this point is that the tire texture needs to be redone. Looks too plastic right now. I love the tread, however.

Personally, I think the deeper red worked better - it looks more like pink now.

Should the handlebars be a bit higher than they are? (Or is that something you can adjust to the driver's taste? I'm not a motorcycle guy. )

Thanks General Phoenix...I am not a motorcycle guy either, but based on the toy model I am using it looks like it is supposed to be that low...I darkened the tires and red paint also...here it is:

Agreed, great POV and that shade of red works much better, too.
