Default de Gama tug / utility variant

Well, I have not worked on that history for the Drake (de Gama class) but I know it will not have been a ship produced in any numbers. I keep looking at the original perspective drawing/doodle I did and was trying to make the ship more like that. Well, I failed but decided to make a variant leveraged from the original class design.

No name and it too was not very popular.

I just like the way it fleshed out.
