Missing Mesh

Hey folks, I'm looking for the mesh of a starbase that I was told could be found here. I've been looking for the mesh for ages, so any help you could give me would be much appreciated. The starbase looks like this:





Apparently this model won second place in a contest held here. Again, any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you have a bigger version of those images, it might help. Is that credits text in the corner, or is it just part of the image itself?
