More Digital Sets from Countdown 5
Once again... another project.
Though this one is more of a "something to work on during brain freeze" project. Thought I would start in on some other "side sets".
The first is a remake of a transporter room I did a while back.
As always C&C is welcome and wanted.
By the way... as a sub topic on here. Iv always wanted to put together a parts and pieces package for both ships and sets. Think of it as a kitbashers paradise. Would anyone wish to have something like that.

Great work as always. As for kitbashing, I tried it a few times myself and didn't like it, but I'm sure there are people drooling on their keyboards at the thought of a ready to be assembled starship kit.

I have never tired kitbashing .....but I go with EG180 some will others won't .
If I could play with any period in ST that would be the TOS ....
but I also think that the main issue with kitbashing is when someone takes a
a mesh made by another and change parts adds parts..
that when problems arise ,,,,,, but if your said that models made for kitbashing purposely that that cool .. again I like the TOS ..

Let me get a little more detaild in the plan. First there would be kits for different eras. (TOS, TNG, VOY, ect) and they would be assembled into part groupings (Nacels, secondary hulls, walls, doors, warp cores...). But like any other mesh, alteration of the "Parts" would not be right. It would be like the old Starship Creator games.

Dude, Starship Creator rules. I used to make all kinds of wacked out ships with myself as captain, of course. I agree that there would have to be rules on these kits. Of course, alteration of parts would be a bad thing. You're basically suggesting giving people the ability to mix and match parts.

So... here is the start of one of 4 Warp Cores I will have in my Parts and Pieces kit.
Lot of segmenting to clean up in those side tubes though...

Great work as usual. Is this inspired by some of the post-TNG cores?

Yup... Was thinking of going with a six channel core instead of four like the Ent E
