Yeah, Bernd Schneider did a quick information and history when he originally designed the ship but he clearly turned the project over to Masao Okazaki at some point for completion. Unfortunately, it's just a "Project Preview" on Masao's site and doesn't have the usual wealth of information on the page that his other ships have. I have no idea when (or if) Masao plans to complete the project. It's been some months since he even updated the site.
