star trek shuttle model
hi
i has made a model of a VIP shuttle called "Comet"...
it is a VIP shuttle from the USS Meteor class Cruiser...
it is made with Sketchup Pro from google..
The officers command control table..
The Pilots cockpit...
The lounge or relacsations area...
A topview of the shuttle..
It have room for 8 officers with sleeping quarters for 4 people at a time..
Sleeping quarters is placed on the top of the shuttle and can be accesed by a lift placed in the back.
It is armed with 4 standard laser cannons mounted on the bottom + 4 photon torpedo's..
this is my latest Star Trek model out of 6.
all can be seen at http://www.3dvia.com/search/models.p...query%5D=smike
regards
Michael (smike)

Re: star trek shuttle model
can you use 3DG Image management option to load your images .. it will give a thumbnail view for your images .. some members use dial up and the large images slow the pages upload speed ..

Re: star trek shuttle model
Nice model, my criticism would be the lighting. But well done.

Re: star trek shuttle model
Yah, very cool meshes and nice way to introduce yourself.
I think both of them would be fun to animate.
Where is the shuttle door?
I'm not asking to be a pain but because my imagination is animating it into a scene.
You have some nice meshes on your site.
Way to go.

Re: star trek shuttle model
What Taranis is getting at is the Attachments function, which won't show up/work until a 5 post requirement is met... of which you have now.

Re: star trek shuttle model
I like the shuttle but it looks more like a tour bus to me. (not necessarily a bad thing, though you might want to stay away from those Ferengi tour guides )
That other ship is cool also.

Re: star trek shuttle model
That's a pretty sweet ship. It looks like a cross between the Defiant and a runabout.
