Ah, it's that good ol' religious bird.

Looks good so far, bro.

Now, I know they wanted to get everyone in the same shot and put their positions back to their Enterprise places (at least mostly) but I never understood why they changed the bridge for Star Trek IV. Did Scotty and the Vulcans really have that kind of time on their hands? And was it that important? Sulu and Chekov seemed to be doing OK at flying the thing at the end of Star Trek III. I'm sure everyone else could have found appropriate positions for The Voyage Home.

I figured that was what this is. But, now that I think of it, I realize that the captain's chair was much higher on that bridge. Still, I see you kept a similar layout, you just got rid of the "pit."

I looks fantasic!

Plus, since we're using with in the EG180 reImagined animation - design changes are fine.
Alternate Universe man, alternate universe!
LOL!

It's taken a good bit of time but I have my bridge crew set up now (using ST:VI bridge) and my 'extras' ready to walk around and look busy.

As fast as you're working T I'm going to have to make sure I'm ready with the Klingon figures and dialogue. Just so I'm on the right page, these bridges are illuminated with a lot of orange and red lights, are they not?

Besides, even without using any non-canon ships, I don't think there have been 2 BOP bridges in all of Trek that have been identical.

I can give it a go.
What dimensions and format do you need?
I can try and throw something together in PS-CS2.

I mean do you need them to be square, rectangle, circular?
Also, what format do you want them in?

Hey man, there is no need to apologize.
I know you're stressing.
It's ok.
I'm far beyond grateful that you wanted to help.
I just hope my textures do your bridge justice.

Wow man they look great!

I'm on the textures now.
I'm going to use that bridge illustration up there as my guide.
I see some of the panals have a triangle pattern so I'm going to try and do something like that. I'll send a few shots as soon as I mock something up. If they're not right just let me know and I'll keep trying.

Hey man,
check these shots out.
This is what I was talking about in regards to the main view screen.
These are still shots but on the main screen is an avi that plays while this scene is rendering. Like the Bones & Kirk conversation - there is a sceen behind Bones with 'News' playing on it. Yes, word gets around that a scoundrel named Han shoots a collection agent named Greedo.

Cool. Thanks.
I can't wait until you get to see it moving.
The people move, the main screen moves, camera pans and computer screens move.

It looks very much alive.

Tell you what - I'll make you some video tutorials and show you some of the basics and some wicked tricks I've figured out on my own.

I spaced out and forgot I have Hexagon too!
DOH!
It's supposed to be a real good modeling program.

I just downloaded a bunch of Klingon fonts so I can start making some computer screens.
I've noticed that in the toon looking pic of the bridge there are some panals that are sort of odd shaped - should I make some images so that they fit something like that?

I have a question about these computer screens.
Should I be making black background ala LCARS or do you want me to make it look like they're screens with a crispy metal frame around them?
