Default Too many X-Men, not enough books...

Now, with the addition of X-Treme, Marvel's managed to seperate and put some of their former B-player mutants in starring roles. Now, even though they finally streamlined the X-Men rosters, they've already managed to talk about a new character, a mutant prostitute called X-Tacy, that's joining up in Uncanny #400.

Do you think they should move past most of the veteran characters taking up slots and work with a new crew of mutants, or should they just worry about working the X-Men until people are finally asking when these guys are gonna die, and stay dead?
